Hey, we have cute neighbors across the street who are moving to Seattle and need to sell their home. I just thought I would help put the word out to those I love since I would be fine with any of you moving closer. 4 beds, 2.5 baths. 1667 square feet. Asking 204,900. Great neighborhoood. Close to shopping, groceries, can walk to elementary school. Anyway, just thought you should know.
