Hey, this is my first time being tagged and so I am going to go ahead and do it.
What were you doing 10 years ago? Wow, it's been awhile. It was the summer before I turned 17 (yes that means I am going to be 27 this year!). I was going to be a junior. My summer was packed with EFY, girls camp, volleyball camp, basketball camp, volleyball try-outs and probably hanging out with the then Megan Tucker. I was driving a ghetto Honda accord. You know the kind that the lights go up and down. One of mine was stuck up all the time. I was liking lots of different guys. Loving high school at good ol' MHS. Life was simple looking back.
What were you doing 5 years ago? I was a newlywed up in the University village apartments. Also ghetto! I was crazy emotional on birth control, crying all the time. I was burning my first attempt at alfredo sauce, working with the Elderly at Bountiful House, going to school full-time, and trying to be the perfect wife.
What are 5 things on your to-do list today? Well it's only 10 am and I have already cleaned the bathroom, mopped the kitchen floor, organized my closet, put away clothes that are too small for Talmage, cleaned the kitchen sink, emptied the dishwasher, fed Talmage, changed a poopy diaper, vacuumed the whole upstairs, folded laundry, checked my email, and that's just a start. Next is hopefully showering and getting ready, paying bills, and finishing my digital scrapbook of Hawaii.
What would you do with a billion dollars? Have more children, pay off my house, buy a GMC Acadia, replace the windows in my house, buy a boat, go to Europe, buy land in Morgan and St. George, donate to the PEF, pay for my brothers mission, and pay a generous fast offering.
Who are people you would like to get to know better? Sister Monson- I want to ask her how she has done it all these years. I can't think of any famous people right now.
