Leeah and Otto. He loved his first Zoo experience. Slept nearly the entire time!
This is our new shed and our beautiful backyard. One day it will be finished, I hope. With all this rain it's been a bit delayed. I decided to take before and after pictures. We have had the fence installed the cement poured and the shed built.
The landscaping that has been done.... to the left of the rocks will be our garden. I'm really excited for a bigger garden. I was hoping to be able to plant this year. We'll see how late in the season we are once it's done.
The lovely front yard. At least most of the weeds and bushes have been piled nicely to the side.
Talmage got to drive the tractor on the one dry day last week. It hasn't stopped raining since. All my neighbors with grass are loving it. Their grass is luscious and they haven't had to water once. All we have from this rain is MUD!
Yes, lots and lots of mud. It is like a magnet for this little boy. He just can't resist, honestly! I have designated mud/dirt shoes and yet every single pair is dirty. As you can see we went for a walk and bike ride (hence the helmet). The second we got home he made a beeline for the mud.
The designated shoes!
Playing and jumping in the mud.

Your yard is going to look awesome! And yes the zoo was fun. Have you heard about getting together with Maggie and Jen on memorial day in the morning? I will get in touch with you to see what is going on for sure.
How fun..we had a zoo pass last year and it was lots of fun! Where are you living now? We just bought a house in west Layton! :-)
